MOSAIC Federation has issued a statement condemning Balenciaga's upper management for their lack of accountability for Balenciaga's Spring/Summer 2023 campaign featuring child models holding teddy bears wearing BDSM bondage gear and alcohol. In the campaign, in addition to those pictures sexualizing children, they decided to include, in plain sight, an excerpt from a 2008 U.S. Supreme Court case that upheld federal statutes on child pornography.
